The Challenge

Wilson Real Estate manages hundreds of rental properties across multiple markets. Every time a tenant moves out, a "property turn" kicks off — cleaning, repairs, painting, inspections, and re-listing. The coordination was entirely manual: spreadsheets, group texts, and phone calls between property managers, vendors, and field teams. Turns were taking 2-3 weeks on average, with missed handoffs and zero visibility into where each property stood in the process. Every day a unit sat vacant was lost revenue.

Our Solution

We designed and built TaskProp — a custom property turn and dispatch platform tailored to Wilson's exact workflow. The system lets property managers create turn orders, assign tasks to vendors and field teams, track progress in real time, and get notified when milestones are hit. Each property has a full timeline showing every step from move-out to re-list. The platform was built with AI-assisted development using Claude, allowing us to ship a production-ready application in a fraction of the time a traditional agency would quote.
